Our beautiful shop Blue was opened in Cheltenham in June 2000. It grew out of our previous Blues Music Club, where we would open during the interval of the evening performance. The success of the Blues Room gave us the motivation to launch our shop and we were more than delighted to be able to open in Bath three years later.

The initial incentive for the project was the belief that there was a huge gap in the market for interesting and individual clothes that could not be found on the high street, especially for women of all ages who are adventurous and progressive. Allied to this belief was that good design did not, of necessity cost more than poor design, enabling us to offer clothes across the full spectrum of price range.

Many years on and we are constantly changing and evolving, continuing to find new and exciting designs, together with an ever changing array of amazing accessories.

We want to thank all of our lovely customers for believing in us. Your commitment to Blue allows us to find you wonderful, special and sometimes eccentric outfits. Many of you have become friends, but every one of you adds to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the shop.

This is our latest project so please come and visit us often, to see all the new up and coming changes. We are committed to constantly improving our service and your feedback on the website will be welcomed and greatly appreciated.
