We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods, providing they are returned with proof of purchase within 14 days in the condition they were purchased*.
Credit notes expire after 1 year from the date issued.
You may not use a credit note from Blue Woman on homeware or sale items.
Sales goods can be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days,
for an exchange only.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to return your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 7 working days of placing your order*.

To return your order you can email us, or write to us quoting your order/invoice number, and return the goods to us within 7 working days of taking delivery of your goods. We recommend that you use insured and signed for carrier or post as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit. 

In addition, international returns (e.g. USA and Canada) must have completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box "OTHER" ticked and the declaration should state "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC" 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED  

*Excludes jewellery.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased from our Homeware department. Please be sure you have measured correctly, as this will not be a valid reason for return.
You may not use a credit note from Blue Home on womenswear or sale items.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
