Collect in store = FREE. Please allow 1-5 working days for your order to be ready for collection, as we may need to transfer stock between locations. We will contact you when your items are ready.

Order before 14:30 and will receive your parcel the next working day via tracked service before 13:00.

Orders received after 14:30 on a Thursday will be send out on Friday for a Monday delivery.

Orders received after 14:30 on Friday will be posted Monday to arrive Tuesday by 13:00

Please call us if you'd like to arrange Saturday delivery service. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a working day service and does not apply to weekends. 

'Next Day Delivery' does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Tracked and insured services are in place to ensure the value of your parcel is covered in the case of loss or damage. 

We occasionally experience delays due to strikes and Brexit. 

Delivery costs are worked out automatically by the weight of the item.

1st and 2nd class services are insured up to £50 only

We are open to discuss alternative postage options. Please contact us. 

If you would like to collect your order from one of our shops, please contact us and we will refund your postage on collection.
